What is the coverage rate of your coating?
The coverage rate is 1.0 - 1.5 kg per square meter per coat, depending on the required thickness and the roughness of the substrate. For a standard waterproof layer (0.8-1.0mm), the total consumption is about 1.5-2.0 kg/m².
How long does the coating take to cure?
At 25°C and 50% humidity, the surface will dry within 4 hours, and it will be completely cured within 24 hours. Full curing (maximum strength) is achieved after 7 days. Curing time may be longer in cold or humid conditions.
Is the coating suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, our water-based polyurethane coating is specially formulated for outdoor use. It has excellent UV resistance and aging resistance, and can withstand extreme temperatures from -30°C to 80°C, making it ideal for roof and exterior wall waterproofing.
What is the shelf life of the product?
The shelf life is 12 months when stored in the original sealed packaging at a temperature between 5°C and 25°C, away from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
