FlexiLast EPDM is a premium synthetic rubber membrane (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) engineered for extreme flexibility and long‑term waterproofing. Its unique polymer structure delivers exceptional elongation (>300%) while resisting UV, ozone, and temperature extremes. Ideal for exposed roofing, ponds, green roofs, and below‑grade applications.

Maintains flexibility down to -45°C without cracking; remains stable up to +120°C. Perfect for freeze‑thaw climates.
UV & Ozone Proof
Carbon black stabilisation provides lifetime resistance to solar radiation and atmospheric ozone – no protective coating needed.
Impermeable
Water vapour transmission near zero. Excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and many chemicals.
Easy Installation
Loose laid, ballasted, or fully adhered. Splice with primer and tape or liquid flashing.
